A terrifyingly vigilant health inspector who operates under the vague impression that he’s Humphrey Bogart in a hardboiled detective flick. And that Michael is a scheming villain up to no good in his suspicious boba shop. Mixed with his desire for Arianah to get a “real job” and skeptical of the new-fangled boba “fad”, Ed is bent on bringing down Michael and The Boba Store for good.
